2nd Bedroom/Office
2nd Bedroom/Office
We used this as our office. It fit our two desks, two bookshelves and two other smaller bookcases in it with lots of room to spare. There's also a large linear closet. We stored our suit jackets, dresses, some shoes, and miscellaneous storage boxes in there. The window (as do all the windows) look out to the park/recreation area of the apartment complex.
The carpet is one and a half years old. It's in great condition. Best I've ever seen at an apartment (and I've lived in 5).
**We're looking for someone to take over our lease. We signed it in January 2011, so the lease is up Jan 2012, but you have the option to renew the lease. Our rent is $689. It's supposed to be $719, but hey, we got a deal. Small dogs and cats are allowed.
They have a basketball court (just fixed up), a tennis court, a swimming pool and a fitness center. They just got new equipment in a month ago, but we haven't gone to see the new stuff yet. They also have a dvd library where you can borrow movies, but we've never checked that out before.
This apartment is one of the three newest to the complex. There are more older family type residents that live in our building, so we've never had a problem with our neighbors. They're pretty friendly. We've also never had a problem with the management, but we try to stay away from any trouble as much as possible. We've placed probably three or four work orders and each have been taken care of within a day. The maintenance guys (or at least the ones that have helped us) are really friendly.
